9 - Jacob's Ladder electrical device – this is the sort of device with two wires sticking straight up with a spark running between the wires, rising from bottom to top, repeatedly, such as in old science fiction movies. There are no technical grounds for suggesting that a Jacob's Ladder device can be used to capture wireless internet data in transit. But it will look cool when they make this story into a movie.
